Spring Cleanse BONUS recipe!

So this happened by accident today – but it was a happy accident! Kale salads are infinitely interesting and it’s hard to go wrong. It’s also hard to write a recipe because you can literally add ANYTHING to change the texture and flavor profile. I added crumbled chevre to my personal bowl, but the bowls we served today at the Homestead were 100% vegan and gluten free. Bon Appetit!
